Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for appointments. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and while we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you cancel without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and clients on our waiting list miss out. We will confirm your appointment via email 48 hours in advance, as we know how easy it is to forget something you booked months ago.


Cancellation Fees

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.  Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. 


Patch Test Requirements

Certain treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is a safety precaution to ensure the products do not cause a reaction. Unfortunately, without a patch test, the appointment cannot go ahead.


Payment

Payment can be made in advance or the day depending on payment method — preferably via cash or BACS. We also accept card payments, including credit cards.


Parking

There is off-street parking available on the driveway — feel free to park anywhere near the black Mini.


Location

We are located within a quiet house (upstairs on the first floor) in the BH14 area on residential road. 


Opening hours

We are open by appointment only, however we offer late nights Mondays - Thursday. 


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available:

• For a monetary value (online in form of an e-voucher or if you wish to have a physical voucher please contact direct), or

• For a specific treatment (direct only).

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and can be redeemed against treatments for their monetary value. Cancellation policies and fees still apply. If you would like a physical gift card, postage is available on request.
